What’s Involved

  • Maintain and manage AIC reporting tools, including ACE (Australian Contract Expenditure) tracking
  • Analyse contract spend and validate supplier AIC claims
  • Monitor ICE to ACE conversion and overall AIC performance
  • Support identification of opportunities to increase Australian industry participation
  • Maintain ICN Gateway work packages and supplier engagement activities
  • Assist with procurement business cases and reporting requirements
  • Provide guidance to suppliers on AIC obligations and compliance requirements
  • Support reporting, audits, and stakeholder communication
  • Assist with AIC-related meetings, events, and documentation

 

You’ll Need

Essential

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with data, reporting, or financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI)
  • Experience using ERP systems (IFS preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Desirable

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or industry engagement
  • Knowledge of Australian Industry Capability or sovereign capability initiatives
  • Experience in defence, manufacturing, or engineering environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
